All programs include the following:
  • Individualized nutrition calculations for you and one other adult of your choice (share the love of health).

  • New fundamental habit modules are introduced every 1-2 weeks with corresponding resources.

  • Full access to the client portal (food, mood, and lifestyle journals; measurement tracking; scheduling).

  • Availability to chat via messenger with me in between sessions. 

  • Accountability through daily tasks, weekly check-ins, and monthly protocols.

  • Access to the private group chat/forum (stay connected and inspired with others along the same journey).

  • *Option to add on additional 1:1 sessions or monthly group workshops.

For some, it’s a scary health diagnosis. For others it’s watching a loved one struggle with their own health problems. And for others still, it’s when they finally realize they’ve spent so many years taking care of others, that they neglected to take care of themselves.
